TICKETS GIVEAWAY – CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
The Convenience Network (TCN) Ice Bears Tickets Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, and the District of Columbia. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
This Contest is sponsored by TCN (the “Sponsor”). Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Sponsor and their corporate affiliates, and those with whom such persons are domiciled, are not eligible. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Contest is void where prohibited. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase is necessary to enter Contest. To enter, send an email message to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org. The entry period of the Sweepstakes begins on November 1st, 2015 at midnight and runs while supplies last.
Limit one (1) entry per household, for the duration of the Contest. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified.
Four (4) tickets will be awarded per email address submitted. No substitutions, exchanges, refunds, or cash redemptions of prizes by Winner is permitted.
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Contest without awarding the prize if no eligible winners or alternate winners claim the prize within the required time period.
Winners are responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes associated with claiming this prize.
SELECTION OF WINNER
Tickets will be awarded for each eligible entry while the contest runs. The winners will be notified by TCN via email to the email address used to enter the giveaway. Duplicate entries per household are not permitted and will be immediately disqualified.
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS APPLY
Winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. An entrant is not a winner of any prize unless and until entrant has been notified that their entry has been selected as a winner.
Names and phone number of Contest participants may be used for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and each of its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and marketing agencies and each of their respective employees, officers, shareholders, directors, representatives and agents (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any claims, damages or liability involving or arising out of (i) late, lost, delayed, misdirected, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, unreadable, inaccurate, garbled or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone system, technical or computer malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, transmission or other errors of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry or other materials; (iv) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused, including death, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any prize or from participating in the Contest or any Contest related activity; or (v) any printing, distribution, typographical, administrative, human or technological errors involving or associated with the Contest.
SPONSOR’S RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Contest (or any portion of the Contest) should any virus, bug, computer problem, force majeure, or other cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, or proper operation of the Contest. In such situation (or in the event of any type of error), Sponsor reserves the right to select the winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken or in such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsors. In no event will Sponsors be liable for more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules. Sponsors may prohibit entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsors’ representatives. Releasees have not made and/or are not responsible for any misrepresentation or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prizes.
By entering the Contest, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event will attorneys’ fees be awarded or recoverable; and (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby knowingly and expressly waives all rights to seek, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and/or any other damages, other than actual out of pocket expenses, and/or any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
Sponsor may collect and use personal information that entrants provide to enter the Contest to actually conduct the Contest and contact potential winners. Personal information includes any information that can be tracked back to a specific individual use, including name, postal address, and telephone number. As noted above, Sponsor (including any successors or assigns) may use names and mailing addresses of Contest participants for future marketing solicitations by Sponsor. Otherwise, no personal information that Sponsor collects in connection with the administration of the Contest will be sold or given to anyone who may contact entrants for any purpose not related to the Contest.
